Accepted Insurance Plans
We participate in several insurance plans. Fees are determined according to the type of therapy (Individual, Couples, and/or Family). Your fee or copay is payable via credit or debit card. HSA or FSA card at each session. Payments are processed automatically online through our preferred processor. We will also accommodate Venmo and/or Cash app transfers per special request.
Out of Network
Fees are partially or fully reimbursed by most insurance companies as an "out-of-network" provider. Our office will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf. When financial circumstances warrant, fees may be negotiated on a sliding scale basis. We require 48 hr. notice for cancellations, a fee will be charged.
